Youth Employment Readiness Training Program

An intensive real-world vocational training ground, employment incubator and income generator. Cafe Dreams will train and employ youth, ages 16-22, to run all aspects of the business. We will offer youth a solution for addressing their basic needs and break the cycle of poverty. We will provide a supportive environment to help youth maintain employment and be successful in all aspects of their lives.

Independent Living Skills

The Independent Living Skills (ILS) Program helps foster youth age 15-21 successfully transition from state-supported care to independent living. Education, resources, and advocacy focused on housing, education and employment, an empowering program to help participants to define and achieve goals.
Substance Abuse Awareness

The Substance Abuse Awareness program would help youth successfully advertise principles to change social norms and promote healthy behaviors. Increase public awareness of a particular issue, reinforce prevention methods already put in place. Collaborating with the surounding organizations and building on their efforts.
College & High School Preparation

The College & High School Preparation program would seeks to inspire and engage students in the skills that are necessary for success in high school and college. All activities and workshops would be designed to maximize each student’s ability by giving them the tools they need to succeed to their full potential in high school.
